Hi everybody!
Although these economic times have been a challenge for everyone, 2010 was still good to us...yet something has always nagged a little at Lannie and I--being happy with our business name.
'Elton Film and Images' is no more. Today we are 'Motif Motion and Stills'.
Why Motif? Well...as a famous old playwright said, "What's in a word"? ;-) Motif is a word I dig because it's so multi-faceted. It encompasses a lot of notions and meanings, particularly in relation to creative works. (music, film, literature)
When Lannie and I decided we were going to change our name, we actually didn't toss around a bunch of stuff...'motif' was it for me and although it took a little lobbying with Lannie, it just felt right.
With 'Motif Motion and Stills' we strive to render an indelible emotional and artistic quality to the preservation of wedding memories.
